  • Serial numbers: Encrypted and stored securely, never displayed publicly
  • Messages: Communications between buyers and sellers
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, device information

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the StampSwap platform
  • To facilitate communication between buyers and sellers
  • To send transactional notifications (messages, offers, status updates)
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and moderate content
  • To detect and prevent fraud

3. Serial Number Protection

We understand the sensitivity of NFA serial numbers. Serial numbers are:

  • Encrypted at rest in our database
  • Never displayed publicly in listing pages or search results
  • Only accessible to the buyer through secure messaging after both parties agree to transact
  • Never shared with third parties except as required by law

4. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Other users: Your public profile (display name, state, reputation) is visible to other users
  • Service providers: Supabase (hosting/database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (platform payments), Resend (email)
  • Law enforcement: When required by valid legal process

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security policies, and secure authentication through Supabase Auth.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Update your profile information

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use PostHog for analytics to understand how users interact with the platform.
